These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Money Action Club (“the Club”), which is operated by Money Action Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By signing up for the Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Money Action Club

The Money Action Club is a membership-based community operated by Money Action Limited.

The Club provides access to:

• Group discussions and facilitated conversations

• A moderated WhatsApp-based community

The Club is designed for learning, discussion, and shared experience, not personalised advice.

2. Eligibility and Membership

Membership is open to individuals who:

• Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

Money Action Limited reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept, refuse, suspend, or terminate membership in order to protect the integrity and purpose of the community.

3. Community Platform – WhatsApp

The primary communication platform for the Club is WhatsApp, a third-party platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

By joining the Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Access to the Club community is provided via a WhatsApp group
• The phone number used during sign-up must match the phone number used to join WhatsApp for approval
• Your phone number and WhatsApp profile information may be visible to other members within the group
• WhatsApp’s collection and use of personal data is governed by its own terms and privacy policies

Money Action Limited does not control WhatsApp’s platform, data handling practices, or availability.

4. Community Conduct and Guidelines

Members are expected to:

• Communicate respectfully and professionally
• Participate constructively and in good faith
• Respect differing views and experiences
• Maintain the confidentiality of community discussions

The following are not permitted:

• Harassment, abusive or discriminatory behaviour
• Spam, unsolicited promotions, or selling of products or services
• Sharing misleading, false, or harmful information
• Sharing screenshots or content from the community without consent

Money Action Limited reserves the right to remove content or suspend or terminate membership without notice if these guidelines are breached.

5. Educational Nature of Content

All content, discussions, workshops, and materials provided through the Club are for educational and informational purposes only.

They do not constitute:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Other professional advice

Money Action Limited does not provide regulated financial advisory services and does not represent itself as a licensed financial adviser.

Members are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions and should seek professional advice appropriate to their individual circumstances where necessary.

6. No Guarantees

Participation in the Money Action Club does not guarantee:

• Financial or investment outcomes
• Career, income, or business results
• Any specific personal or professional outcome

The Club supports clarity, learning, and progress, but outcomes depend on individual circumstances and actions.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the Club may include name, email address, phone number, location, and information voluntarily provided by members.
