Your freedom starts here
Financial coaching for women who want to learn about money, own their financial decisions, and take action.
Our mission
Help women understand their finances, trust their decisions, and take action.
Money Action was founded to address a clear gap: women often lack confidence when it comes to money, despite being capable in every other area of life.
Our philosophy
Clarity creates confidence. Confidence enables action.
We support women who want clarity and progress with their money, even if they don’t have everything figured out yet.
Our approach
Clear guidance. No sales agenda.
We provide independent, education led financial coaching focused on clarity, confidence, and progress.
The focus is on helping you understand your options, make informed decisions, and take practical steps aligned with you goals.
We do not sell investment or insurance products.

Who we help
Practical support for women ready to get better with money.
You’re in the right place if you:
- Have savings but no plan
- Earn well but unsure about making the right money decisions
- Feel confused by conflicting advice
- Overthink and delay taking action (analysis paralysis)
- Want practical guidance
The problem we solve
Too much information. Too little time.
You’re not bad with money, you’re overwhelmed by it.
Most women (and let’s face it men too) were never taught how to invest or plan properly, and the advice that’s out there is often overly technical, sales-driven, or not designed with you in mind.
So you second guess, delay, and stay stuck longer than you should. This leads to hesitation, self-doubt, and inaction.
Money Action exists to help you stop overthinking money and start taking action.
The Outcome
Progress through action.
After working with us, clients have felt:
- More confident making money decisions
- Clearer about their financial direction
- Less anxious about money
- In control of their next steps
- Finally on track to reach their goals

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Anna, a Chartered Financial Analyst with 20 years of experience in finance, holding double degrees in Finance and Statistics.
Throughout my career, I saw how capable, intelligent, successful women often felt uncertain or behind when it came to money, not because they lacked ability, but because no one explained things in a clear, unbiased way.
I founded Money Action to offer a safe, judgment-free space to learn about money. My goal is to help women understand their options, trust their decisions, and take action in line with their goals.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice or pushing products. I believe in education, transparency, and progress at a pace that feels right for you.
I have helped clients:
- Shift their money mindsets and utilise proven frameworks to break negative spending habits.
- Systematically get out of debt and start building wealth.
- Invest consistently towards life goals, on their own terms.
- Reach retirement faster with customised money plans.
- Have difficult money conversations with their partner.
My approach is practical, direct, and no-BS. No sales agenda. No hidden motives.
Disclaimer: I am not a financial advisor and I’m not tied to any investment funds or insurance providers. I don’t give investment advice and I don’t sell product. I also do not offer professional services such as accounting, tax, legal, or any other regulated advice, but can point you in the right direction if needed.

Q&A: Retirement Planning for U.S. Expats
Retirement planning for U.S. expats is rarely straightforward. Living abroad means navigating two tax systems, complex investment rules, foreign pensions, and long-term cross-border decisions, and one session is often not enough to cover the questions that naturally come up.
This live virtual Q&A session with Charu Mathur from MASECO Asia Limited is designed as a follow-up to our recent seminar, giving you the opportunity to:
- Ask questions specific to your situation
- Clarify topics such as U.S. retirement accounts, FEIE vs. FTC, and foreign pensions
- Better understand PFIC risks and tax-efficient portfolio structure
- Explore expat-specific considerations including currency exposure, healthcare, and estate planning across jurisdictions
Rather than a presentation, this session will focus entirely on your questions.
Whether you attended the previous session or not, this session is ideal if you’re navigating the complexity of U.S. expat wealth planning and want clearer next steps.
